1)    How does the lost and found service work?

It’s simple:

1.    Customer activates the unique ID number on each recovery tag and attaches the tag to the item they wish to protect.
The customer does not pay to activate their tag -- it is free and takes less than a minute.

2.    If the customer ever loses their item, cat or dog, finders are motivated call ReturnMoi's toll free number 24/7/365 days a year.

3.    ReturnMoi then helps facilitate the return of the item by shipping it back to the owner at NO cost to the owner. Finally,  ReturnMoi rewards the finder with a $50 gift pack of ReturnMoi products.

 

2)    Explain the survey and sales leads, how does that work?

ReturnMoi offers survey hosting and reporting for all clients (of branded products). Clients simply send a list of questions and choices they wish to ask (when customers register the client’s branded tags). ReturnMoi designs and hosts the survey and assigns a username and password to ReturnMoi's Data collection center. Click here to see an example of an online survey.
When customers activates the unique ID number on their tag, they will be prompted to fill out a survey as part of the activation process. Once the customers complete the survey, the page automatically redirects to the client’s website or any other desired web address.
Clients will be able to login to the DCC in real time to view and export the survey results and customer leads.


Please note, ReturnMoi is very serious when it comes to security and is currently working towards becoming ISO17799 certified.


3)    How does the reward work and who is responsible for it?

Once the item is safely returned to the owner, ReturnMoi rewards the finder with a $50.00 gift pack of ReturnMoi products. The owner may choose to give an additional monetary or gift reward to the finder but is not required to do so.
ReturnMoi’s recovery rate is over 75% for mobile gadgets, 85% for luggage and over 90% for keys and pets.

4)    Does the customer have to pay to activate their tag or when having an item returned?

Activation is free and only takes a few seconds. The customer does not pay for any recovery, administration or shipping fees when having their item returned for the life of the tag with the exception of pet tags which are a yearly membership. See pet tag for more information.

5)    Does your service work all around the world?

Absolutely! ReturnMoi is a Global Proactive Recovery Service. From Montreal to New York to Paris, ReturnMoi is there 24/7/365 a year to help owners get back their lost items.
